The Hon. Sylvester M. Grigsby was a proud graduate of the College of West Africa Class of 1969.

​

In tribute to his lifelong commitment to education and empowerment, the family of Hon. Grigsby has established the Sylvester Mondubue Grigsby Scholarship for Liberians attending the College of West Africa. This scholarship continues his tradition of supporting educational opportunities for Liberian youth.
